Meet our Amanda Rose Laura Scholars, Jocelyn Hernandez and Jahmier James. Jocelyn and Jahmier are both rising high school seniors in NJ LEEP’s college preparatory and life skills program, which provides dedicated students with after school, weekend and summer instruction in academics, essay writing, college test prep, as well as interviewing and social interaction skills.
The Foundation is proud to provide funds to NJ LEEP for the annual program costs for these Scholars during their senior year. As part of the Scholars program, Jocelyn and Jahmier will also receive stipends from the Foundation to cover the costs of college visits with their families and their initial move into college next Fall. We wish each of these worthy students a successful completion of their final high school and NJ LEEP year, and a smooth transition to college life.
